3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Two-factor authentication is mandatory

User Obligations

4. SMS Training Campaigns

Consent Requirements

By using our SMS training features, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained explicit consent from all trainees
  • Trainees understand they will receive simulated scam messages
  • You will honor all opt-out requests promptly
  • You comply with TCPA and other messaging regulations

Message Content

  • Messages must be clearly for training purposes
  • Content must not violate any laws or regulations
  • You are responsible for all message content you create and send

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes
  • Send actual phishing or scam messages
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate privacy rights or confidentiality
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our technology
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the service
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

6. Intellectual Property

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct we deem inappropriate, harmful, or illegal. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other means. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.
